As the term of third Daya board of director expires,Chairman Chen Xingkang made important speech.He pointed out that in the past three years,with the concern and support of directors, the company smooth completed adjusting industrial restructuring smoothly,continued expanding the operation scale,improved operational performance significantly, expanded the market share further and improved the operational standard level markedly.So,on behalf of Daya Scientific Co.,Ltd and Board of Directors,express sincere gratitude for hard work of all the members of the Third Board of Directors.At the same time,the meeting examined and adopted the " the Bill about Term Election of the Board of Directors ".Recommended by the shareholders and examined by the Board of Directors nominating committee,Chenxing Kang,Weng Shao-bin, Yan Guifang,Chen Hongbing,Chen Gang,Gao Runan were nominated as candidates of the fourth Board of Directors,Huang Youding,Wang Gang and Yuan Huiquan were nominated as the independent director candidates of the fourth Board of Directors.

After this meeting,the company will hold the fourth 2007 general meeting of shareholders on 23th,May,2008 to discuss and authorize "the 2007 Board Work Report "and "the Bill about Term Election of the Board of Directors " and so on  (Dai Baixian)
