1st April,Daya Scientific Group held the leading cadres (expansion) meeting in Jinling ( in Danyang city) Hotel.Chairman Chen Xingkand made the mobilization report for launching a new industry construction,he urged all cadres and workers to recognize the situation,define the goals,work hard to ensure that the Group’s overall development strategy objectives can be achieved on schedule.Group leaders Chen Xingkang, Weng Shaobin,Chen Hongbing,Yan Guifang,Cheng Ruidong were seated on the rostrum.

Chen Xingkang stressed that 2008 is thefirst year to start second eight-year plan and  a critical year of Daya developing history .So whether the plan of 2008 can be done is essential for the two eight-year plan. This year scale of operation must reach 12 billion sales.

Besides planning in the second phase of development new industries strategic objectives of the Group,Chen Xingkang pointed out that it is need to be on base on existing industrial scale,begin to integrate the industrial chain,extend leading industries to the further extension of the lower reaches,main develop terminal goods,increase the added value of products,resolve fundamentally the homogenization problems of products through various of technology and innovation,focus strategic on developing the end products and building the network brand,gradually form 1-2 well-known international brands,so as to make the Daya Group basic international.

And by the end of the planning,2015,it is requested that the localization product sales are less than 30% of global sales, the international sales should ba more than 70% through the international market, business, capital, assets, personnel and management.

Chen Xingkang pointed out that the two great challenges of the construction industry, the opportunity of a lifetime.He asked all cadres and staff should clearly understand the situation,define the goals,be inspired,work hard,take an active part in the construction industry in the new round of the past.Hope that in the new management team under the leadership of hard work load,blaze new trails,overcoming difficulties, and climb the summit,the company is a strong push forward the overall strategic objectives and goals.

Chen Xingkang pointed out that there are great challenges and golden pportunity to construct the second phase industry.He asked all cadres and staff clearly understand the situation, define the goals, be inspired,work hard,take an active part in the new construction industry.He hoped that under the leadership of the new management team,hard work,struggle with load,overcoming difficulties,and climb new summit,strongly push forward the overall strategic objectives and goals of the company.

It is announced that Weng Shaobin is to be the Group president,Chen Hongbing is to be vice president,Yan Guifang is to be finance director,Cheng Ruidong is to be investment director in the meeting.The meeting was presided by Yan Guifang.300 people,including the leaderers of Group headquarter,departments of headquarters and industry groups, business enterprises and leading cadres at and above vice middle official attended the meeting.
