A friend once asked me to play a game:let a match burn completely in hands without any help.
I burnt a match.The flame started burning slowly along the matchstick from its top,my finger retreated backward unceasingly,but finally there was no place of the matchstick to back again.I trembled when my fingers were scorched,and the matchstick fell on the ground without burning completely.However,the friend said that he could and gave me demonstration.He lighted a match in his right hand.When the match burnt to the half,he passed it to the left hand.Then the match had been chared,with red upward flame,which went on burning till the match finished burning in his left hand.
If we compare the burning end of match to the suffering of life,and the other end to the happiness of life,then,from this game it is not difficult to learn that suffering and happiness of life are not absolute.
If we blindly enjoy happiness,we would get injuries and disaster.Sometimes,we should choose hardship timely,because the God always put success chances on the suffering end.
The lives of many Chinese enterprises usually can not surpass 3-5 years.The fundamental reason is:these enterprises content with the status quo,do not strive for developing,lack innovation consciousness,do not infuse new vigor in 3--5 years,do not have the innovation achievement and do not develop fundamentally.But the market is heartless,dynamic and changeable,the people¡¯s demand is also diverse,mulriple and endless,especially in age of knowledge economy.At present,information technology has been highly developed,knowledge is updated per 2-3 years.The enterprise,same as the human,must study and the innovate,develop new product,utilize new technology,brings in new blood,meet the change with more improvement.Only by these,can the enterprise adapt the unpredictable market,otherwise it is sailing against the current,if it is unable to move forward,it will inevitably lag behind till go bankrupt.
¡°Thrive in suffering and perish in soft living ¡±.The enterprise must place the successful opportunity on the suffering end,so the enterprise can be evergreen and impregnable in the reform tide.
